To maintain efficient operations and responsible inventory management, some items are shipped directly from verified manufacturing facilities and international distribution centers.

This fulfillment model allows us to:

1. Order Processing & Shipping Costs

Order Preparation Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
This includes verification, quality inspection, and secure packaging.

During peak shopping periods or major holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.


Shipping Fee

We charge a flat shipping rate of $5.99 per order, regardless of location or order size.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines depend on destination and local carrier conditions.

Canada / United Kingdom / Australia 11–16 Business Days
Other International Locations 15–20 Business Days

Please note:

• Delivery estimates begin after processing is complete
• Timeframes are projections, not guaranteed arrival dates
• External factors (weather, customs, carrier delays) may affect delivery

We appreciate your patience while your order is safely in transit.


3. Tracking Information

Once your shipment leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.

Please allow:

• 1–3 business days for tracking updates to activate
• Additional time for international carrier synchronization

If tracking appears temporarily inactive, your shipment is still moving through the carrier network.


4. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

International shipments are sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.

This means:

• Import duties, VAT, or customs charges (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility
• Velystrix™ does not control or prepay customs fees
• We are not responsible for customs-related delays

Most small household items clear customs without additional charges, but policies vary by country.


5. Address Changes & Order Cancellations

We begin fulfillment promptly to ensure timely dispatch.

If you need to:

• Update your shipping address
• Correct order information
• Cancel your purchase

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at:

Once an order has entered processing, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.


6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Your satisfaction matters to us.

Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged:

• Email us within 72 hours of delivery
• Include clear photos of the damage and packaging

We will review the claim and arrange a replacement at no additional cost when applicable.


Lost Packages

If tracking confirms that a package has been lost in transit by the carrier:

• We will issue a replacement order at no charge

Please note that delivery delays do not automatically qualify as lost shipments. We may first request confirmation from the carrier.
