You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

β€’ Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
β€’ Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.


2. Requesting a Return Authorization

All returns require prior approval.

β€’ Clear photos (if reporting damage or defect)

If approved, we will provide:

β€’ A prepaid return shipping label (if applicable)

Packages sent without authorization will not be processed.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your product is:

β€’ Incorrect item received

Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.


4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item:

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the desired item

6. European Union Customer Rights

For orders delivered to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Conditions apply:

7. Refund Processing
